The autumn breeze is upon us. I yearned for soup this past weekend. The "lazy" in me wanted to run over to my favorite French bistro and purchase a cup. The "budgeteer" in me said go home and prepare it yourself, so I did just that!. The grilled cheese sandwich was an add on for my Tuesday evening dinner. This recipe is easy if you take away peeling and coring the tomatoes. Honestly, next time I make it I will try using the canned whole tomatoes...yes I said it! CANNED TOMATOES ~ LOL
