Place chicken breasts or in a pot and cover the breast with water Place chunks of celery, onion and carrots in the pot as well and bring water to a boil. Simmer for 20-30 minutes. Turn stove off, place a lid on the pot and let it stand for at least 30 minute.

Preparing Tracye’s Ultimate Chicken Salad
Remove chicken from the water, discarding the onion, celery and carrots. Add Tracye’s Chicken Salad Dressing to the desired wetness and stir. We suggest 2 1/2 Tablespoons for every 2 cups of chicken. Finely chopped onion, celery and granny smith apples. Add to chicken salad along with dried cranberries to your liking.

To use the entire jar of Tracye’s Chicken Salad Dressing, poach 6 cups of chicken…Great for a party!
