Put Tracye’s Chicken Salad Dressing in a skillet, just enough to lay the filet of fish on top.
Cook at medium to medium high heat for 3 minutes on each side.
Serve with your favorite brown rice or try our roasted potatoes using Tracye’s Chicken Salad Dressing!

4 cups Fresh Spinach

2 Tablespoon Tracye’s Chicken Salad Dressing
1 teaspoon minced garlic
Parmesan cheese
Combine spinach, dressing and garlic over medium heat, stir to coat spinach with dressing; continue to stir until spinach has wilted. Serves 2

Poaching ChickenPlace chicken breasts or in a pot and cover the breast with water Place chunks of celery, onion and carrots in the pot as well and bring water to a boil. Simmer for 20-30 minutes. Turn stove off, place a lid on the pot and let it stand for at least 30 minute.Preparing Tracye’s Ultimate Chicken SaladRemove chicken from the water, discarding the onion, celery and carrots.
